Packaged​/SaaS Application Engineer

Akkodis is seeking a Packaged/SaaS Application Engineer for a Contract with a client in Minneapolis, MN (Remote). Candidate will design and support secure Service Now integrations by developing REST APIs and managing integration flows across security platforms.

Rate Range: $63/hour to $65/hour;
The rate may be negotiable based on experience, education, geographic location, and other factors.

• Designing Service Now security schemas and configuring ACLs for tables, fields, and records to meet business requirements.
• Developing and supporting bi‑directional integrations between Service Now and security tools using scripted REST APIs.
• Managing and securing MID Servers used for various integration workflows across the security ecosystem.
• Building and maintaining Integration Hub spokes with appropriate security controls and error‑handling mechanisms.
• Creating and maintaining flows that support security‑related integrations and process automation.
• Automating compliance workflows and contributing to predictive threat intelligence, vulnerability scanning, and SOAR‑related initiatives.

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, information technology, or a closely related technical field.
• 6+ years of hands‑on experience working with Service Now.
• Must be preferably located in the Minneapolis/Twin Cities area or able to work remotely as required by the client.
• Having strong capability in Service Now development and administration to meet the client’s technical needs.

Pay Details: $63.00 to $65.00 per hour
