Senior Product Designer​/UX Designer

We’re seeking a Senior UX / Product Designer to lead the creation of user-centered digital experiences for complex transactional platforms in regulated environments. This role focuses on designing intuitive, accessible, and scalable workflows including Fin Tech, Legal Tech, Insur Tech, or similar SaaS domains.

You’ll partner closely with Product, Engineering, and Business teams to design end-to-end experiences involving multi-step workflows, approvals, data-heavy interfaces, and compliance considerations. The ideal candidate brings a strong portfolio of UX work, hands‑on research and prototyping experience, and comfort working within established design systems.

$125k-$150k/yr + bonus

• Lead UX design for complex transactional workflows (e.g., onboarding, payments, approvals, document flows) across web, mobile and desktop platforms.
• Conduct user research and usability testing to inform design decisions and validate solutions.
• Create wireframes, user flows, interactive prototypes, and high-fidelity mockups.
• Collaborate closely with Product Managers, Engineers, and stakeholders to ensure alignment, feasibility, and consistency across platforms.
• Advocate for user-centered design principles and contribute to the evolution of the design system.
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends, design tools, and best practices to continuously improve workflows.
• Influence product strategy by translating complex requirements into intuitive, scalable experiences.

• 6-10+ years UX/Product design experience with a strong portfolio of end-to-end product work.
• Experience with design systems, component libraries, and high-fidelity prototyping.
• User research, interaction design, visual design principles, and accessibility best practices.
• Familiarity with front-end basics (HTML, CSS) is a plus.
• Experience working in an agile environment and collaborating cross-functionally.
• Strong communication and presentation skills, with the ability to influence stakeholders and drive design decisions.
• Nice to have:
  Payments journeys, digital wallets, or checkout flows;
  Loan origination, underwriting, or financial onboarding tools;
  Insurance quoting, policy management, or claims workflows.
• Regulatory or compliance-driven user interfaces.
• Experience in Fin Tech, Legal Tech, Insur Tech, or other regulated transactional SaaS platforms is a strong plus.
