Overview
Join our team as an Experience (UX) Designer, where you'll create user-centered designs that elevate the customer journey across digital platforms. This role offers a unique opportunity to leverage human-centered design methods to develop engaging and persuasive product experiences.
Responsibilities- Develop strategic and engaging product experiences using human-centered design methods.
- Conduct competitive analysis and research to guide design strategies.
- Translate user and business needs into accessible, end-to-end experiences.
- Design omni-channel experiences to enhance customer satisfaction and drive product adoption.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment with brand guidelines.
- Utilize design systems and best practices to deliver high-quality design artifacts.
- Contribute to the iterative design process within an agile environment.
- Minimum of four years of experience in product and experience design.
- Proficiency in design tools, especially Figma.
- Strong understanding of user-centered design principles.
- Ability to communicate design concepts and recommendations effectively.
- Experience in managing complex workflows and adapting to changing priorities.
- Experience in the financial or business management sector.
- Familiarity with design systems and visual design skills.
- Proven ability to collaborate effectively within a team environment.
- Background in conducting user research and usability testing.

The pay range for this role is $37 - $71 per hour. This is not a guarantee of compensation, as final offer amount may vary based on factors including but not limited to experience and geographic location.
