Location: St. Paul (Mainly remote but need to live within 30 miles of St. Paul for occassional onsite meetings)
Compensation: 100,000 to 145,000 dollars base salary plus bonus and excellent corporate benefits

Project Manager / Transformation Analyst Key Responsibilities

• Lead and manage key Finance and cross-functional projects from planning through execution

• Identify project dependencies, risks, and blockers, and work to proactively resolve them

• Establish clear communication plans, project timelines, and milestones

• Drive adoption of project management best practices across teams

• Collaborate with stakeholders at all levels to ensure alignment and successful delivery

• Track progress, report status updates, and ensure timely execution

Project Manager / Transformation Analyst What We’re Looking For

• Minimum 5 years of project management experience

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Management, Finance, Accounting, or related field; advanced degree preferred

• PMP, MPM, BPM, or similar certification strongly preferred

• Prior experience working with Finance or Accounting teams is a plus

• Exceptional ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously with precision and attention to detail

• Skilled at identifying risks, allocating resources, and keeping projects on schedule

• Strong written, verbal, and presentation skills with the ability to communicate effectively across all organizational levels
