Data Analyst
Overview
The Jr Business Analyst will provide day-to-day support to end users across the organization, ensuring smooth operation of our ERP system (IFS). The analyst will troubleshoot issues, assist with system configurations, support process improvement efforts, and help drive user adoption through training and clear documentation.
Reporting RelationshipThe Jr Business Analyst reports to the Senior Manager of Business Systems.
Responsibilities/Accountabilities- Provide frontline support for end-users, addressing inquiries, issues, and enhancement requests related to software applications via internal ticketing system and escalating as necessary.
- Maintain a high level of customer service with timely and professional communication.
- Troubleshoot system errors, data issues, and user challenges, escalating when needed.
- Set up new users in the system and provide initial navigation training.
- New account creation for Customer B2B portal and support ticket requests.
- Assist in managing user access, permissions and role updates.
- Help perform routine system maintenance, data audits, and integrity checks.
- Support testing of patches, upgrades, and new features.
- Provide 1:1 and group training sessions to support system adoption and proficiency.
- Provide ongoing support and training for new features and updates.
- Assist internal team to troubleshoot and resolve IFS related application problems, ensuring minimal downtime and disruption.
- Support basic data reporting, analysis, and cleanup initiatives.
- Assist with configuration changes under guidance of the Business Analysts.
- Participate in cross functional projects such as system enhancements, new module rollouts and integrations.

- Bachelor's degree in Business, Information Systems, Finance, Accounting, or related field.

- Excellent communication and customer service mindset.
- Ability to learn new systems quickly, interest in ERP systems and business processes.
- Proficiency with Excel and basic data handling.
- Direct experience in supporting ERP & CRM platforms.

Salary: $70,000 - $80,000 per year
