Job Responsibilities & Qualifications- Exchange and Mobility - Minimum 4 years of experience supporting a messaging environment including Microsoft Exchange 2010 and/or Exchange 2013
- Proven understanding of Microsoft Messaging technologies with emphasis on Microsoft Exchange Server 2013 Enterprise
- Supporting, maintaining, troubleshooting, and administering Microsoft Exchange, Mobility, and/or Iron Port
- Innovative problem solver with strong analytical and customer service abilities.
- Ability to work outside of normal business hours to provide after hour or "on-call" support when necessary to solve high profile incidents/problems.
- Good documentation skills
