You are:
An experienced Workforce Software Consultant with a drive to succeed, a desire to learn, that will develop and grow our Workforce Software business.
The Work…
ADP Work Force Software professionals design, implement and deploy WFS solutions to achieve defined business goals. Maintain skills in WFS applications process design and configuration; WFS application design, development, integration, testing and deployment; and WFS application technical architecture.
A professional at this position level within Accenture has the following responsibilities:
Adapts existing methods and procedures to create alternative solutions to moderately complex problems.
Understands the strategic direction set by senior management as it relates to team goals.
Uses own judgment to determines optimal solution to recommend.
Primary upward interaction is with direct supervisor or teams leads. Generally, interacts with peers and/or management levels at a client and/or within Accenture.
Determines methods and procedures on new assignments with minimal guidance.
Decisions often impact the team in which they reside and occasionally impact other teams.
Manages medium-small sized teams and/or work efforts (if in an individual contributor role) at a client or within Accenture.
Travel may be required for this role. The amount of travel will vary from 0 to 100% depending on business need and client requirements.
Here’s what you need:
Minimum of 2 years of experience with a leading Time & Attendance product such as Work Force Software
Minimum of 4 years of experience in implementing or training on a packaged software system or highly complex internally developed application
Minimum of 3 years of experience with business applications, such as Excel or DBMS systems
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent (minimum 12 years work experience). If Associate’s Degree, must have equivalent (minimum 6 years work experience)
Bonus points if…
Familiarity with business applications such as Excel with a heavy reliance on mathematical formulas and macros
Experience with SQL and writing queries
Experience in a 3GL or 4GL language
Logical and technical mindset for analyzing problems and identifying root causes
Knowledge of HR, Payroll, or Time and Attendance, preferred
Compensation at Accenture varies depending on a wide array of factors, which may include but are not limited to the specific office location, role, skill set, and level of experience. As required by local law, Accenture provides a reasonable range of compensation for roles that may be hired as set forth below.
