Job Description & SummaryAt PwC, our people in information technology operations focus on managing and maintaining the technology infrastructure and systems to provide smooth operations and efficient delivery of IT services. This includes monitoring network performance, troubleshooting issues, and implementing security measures.
Those in IT operations support at PwC will focus on providing technical assistance and troubleshooting to provide smooth functioning of IT systems and non-cloud based infrastructure. Your role will focus on providing L1 and possibly L2 support.

As part of the Information Technology Operations team you will manage the service-delivery of audio visual and collaboration technologies that enhance meetings and executive communications. As a Manager, you will lead teams in delivering exceptional AV services, leveraging your technical knowledge and strategic vendor management to foster innovation and drive continuous improvement. This role offers the chance to work collaboratively across diverse teams, delivering integrated solutions that meet the needs of senior leadership while maintaining PwC's commitment to quality and excellence.

- High School Diploma
- At least 4 years of experience in audio visual/video conference technology support or IT infrastructure
- Bachelor's Degree preferred
- Demonstrating technical proficiency in AV technologies
- Managing complex AV service delivery environments
- Leveraging knowledge of IT infrastructure components
- Applying sound reinforcement and acoustics technology
- Understanding digital and analog video media transport
- Focusing on delivering quality AV user experiences
- Keeping abreast of emerging AV technologies
- Managing vendor relationships for successful outcomes
