Job Overview

Provide Help Desk support as the point of contact for internal users seeking technical assistance on software, hardware, and network connectivity issues. Analyze and troubleshoot issues, assist with smartphone and mobile device connectivity, provide hardware support including installation, configuration, diagnosis, repair, and upgrade of PCs, thin clients, and scanners, and maintain an up-to-date asset inventory.

Key Responsibilities & Qualifications
  • Resolve user issues for systems, software, hardware, and procedures, ensuring timely resolution and tracking through a ticketing system.
  • Maintain detailed documentation of assistance provided, analyze ticket history for underlying issues or trends.
  • Assist with AV equipment setup in conference rooms and email account setup on smartphones.
  • Set up user workstations, handle equipment move during office moves, install and configure hardware OS and applications on thin clients and PCs, manage scanner UI, diagnose and solve hardware faults, and escalated unresolved problems to external support vendor.
  • Maintain hardware inventory database and manage the firm’s check‑out pool of hardware (laptops, mobile hotspots, etc.).
  • Create and maintain detailed instructional documentation for all processes, provide urgent resolution to customer requests, and perform other duties as assigned.
