We are looking for an experienced ERP/CRM Analyst to join our team on a long-term contract basis in Minneapolis, Minnesota. In this role, you will be instrumental in optimizing system performance, ensuring seamless data integration, and driving business insights through advanced analytics. Responsibilities
  • Act as the technical expert for ERP/CRM systems, ensuring smooth integration and robust functionality.
  • Evaluate, refine, and optimize data processes across ERP/CRM platforms and associated systems.
  • Design and maintain dashboards, reports, and key performance metrics to support strategic decision‑making.
  • Partner with various departments to understand business needs and translate them into system solutions.
  • Identify and resolve technical issues within ERP/CRM systems to minimize operational downtime.
  • Facilitate data migration, cleansing, and validation during system upgrades or implementations.
  • Adhere to data security and governance standards while managing system configurations.
  • Develop and implement API connections to enhance system interoperability.
  • Ensure effective documentation of business requirements and system configurations.
  • Provide ongoing support and training to users for optimal system utilization.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, or a related field.
  • Demonstrated experience in ERP/CRM system management, such as SAP S4, Epicor, Infor, Net Suite, or Dynamics 365.
  • Proficiency in client‑side scripting and API development.
  • Strong knowledge of configuration management and data integration processes.
  • Familiarity with Salesforce development and related technologies.
  • Excellent analytical and problem‑solving skills.
  • Strong communication abilities to collaborate effectively across teams.
  • Capacity to thrive in a dynamic, fast‑paced work environment.
