Description

This role ensures seamless integration between WMS, ERP, CRM, and other business-critical systems, driving operational efficiency and supporting strategic growth initiatives. They will provide technical support to end-users and customers.

Salary Range: $95,000.00 - $ (c ommensurate with experience )

What does this job look like daily?

• Installation & Configuration – Deploy, configure, and maintain enterprise software applications to ensure optimal functionality.
• Maintenance & Upgrades – Apply security patches, perform system updates, and proactively manage version control to keep platforms secure and current.
• User Management – Create and administer user accounts, define access rights, and enforce permission policies to safeguard system integrity.
• Troubleshooting & Support – Diagnose and resolve technical issues efficiently while delivering responsive support to end-users and customers.
• System Monitoring – Continuously track performance metrics, review system logs, and implement corrective actions to maintain reliability and efficiency.
• New Implementations – Partner with department leaders to plan, configure, and integrate new software solutions that align with business objectives.

What do you need to do this job?

• Experience:
  • Bachelor’s degree in information technology or related field.
  • 5+ years of experience in enterprise applications (ERP, CRM).
• Technical Expertise:
  • Strong knowledge of WMS platforms (e.g., Manhattan, Blue Yonder, SAP EWM, Oracle WMS).
  • Experience with ERP systems (SAP, Oracle, Microsoft Dynamics) and CRM tools.
  • Experience with transportation or warehouse software is preferred.
• Skills:
  • Proven track record in system integration, process automation, and cross-functional collaboration.
  • Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities in a fast-paced environment

About the Role This role is office-based, with regular working hours that may include earlier or later meetings to accommodate different schedules. The salary grade for this position ranges from $85,764.30 - $ annually. While offers will be based on experience and qualifications, the targeted pay range for this role is $95,000.00 - $.
