Data Analyst, IT Consultant, Systems Analyst
We are seeking a seasoned Sr. D365 FO Consultant specializing in Advanced Warehouse Management to design, implement, and optimize end-to-end warehouse processes. You will lead discovery, solution design, configuration, testing, and deployment—partnering with operations, IT, and 3PLs to deliver scalable, compliant, and high-throughput warehouse solutions.

This is a remote opportunity and can be based from any location in the United States. #LI-Remote.
Lead fit-gap analysis, workshops, and process mapping for inbound, outbound, inventory control, and shipping.
Design and configure Advanced WMS: work templates, location directives, wave strategies, cluster/batch picking, containerization, replenishment, slotting, cross-docking, mobile flows, and license plate tracking.
Implement labeling and scanning (ZPL/SSRS), GS1/SSCC standards, and integrate quality processes.
Orchestrate integrations (DMF, OData, Logic Apps, EDI 940/945/856, 3PL/WMS, carrier systems) with robust monitoring and error handling.
Build and govern Power BI dashboards for warehouse KPIs (dock-to-stock, pick productivity, OTIF, inventory accuracy).
Support testing (SIT/UAT), cutover planning, and hypercare; author SOPs and training materials.
Advise on transportation, loads/shipments, carrier compliance, and intercompany flows; align with master planning and supply chain.
Partner with PMO to execute projects using Agile/Waterfall; maintain Azure Dev Ops artifacts and traceability.
7+ years of significant industry experience within warehousing and supply chain.
7+ years of D365 FSC/AX implementation/consulting experience required.
3 or more Dynamics full life cycle implementations.
Microsoft certifications are highly desirable.
BA/BS in MIS, Computer Science, Manufacturing Engineering, Manufacturing Management, Supply Chain or Logistics preferred.
Ability to build trusted advisor relationships and challenge the status quo within your business focus area.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and effectively meet deadlines.
Excellent demonstration and presentation skills.
A passion for client success and enthusiasm for the products we implement including staying current in D365 product evolution, copilot and AI tools.
Ability to travel to provide services to clients; and nationally 30% or more.
Experience in multi-site and global rollouts of D365.
Knowledge of Power BI and reporting tools.
