Job Title:

IT Systems Engineer/Admin

Overview:
We are looking for a skilled IT System Engineer/Administrator to create and manage virtual machines with VMware technologies, oversee Windows-based systems, and assist with IT Service Management procedures via Service Now.

• Virtualization & VMware:
  Build and configure virtual machines; perform capacity planning, performance tuning, and troubleshooting.
• Windows Systems Administration:
  Install, configure, and maintain Windows Server operating systems; manage Active Directory, Security Groups, and accounts; apply patches, updates, and security hardening measures.
• Service Now & ITSM:
  Utilize Service Now for incident, change, and configuration management; maintain accurate CMDB records for virtual and physical assets; ensure compliance with ITIL-based processes for service delivery.
• Documentation &
  
  Collaboration:
  
  Create and maintain technical documentation for systems and processes; collaborate with cross-functional teams to support projects and resolve issues.

• 3+ years of experience in VMware administration (vSphere, ESXi).
• Strong Windows Server administration skills.
• Hands-on experience with Service Now or similar ITSM platforms.
• Proficiency in scripting languages (Power Shell preferred).
• Solid understanding of networking fundamentals and storage technologies.
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Excellent communication and documentation abilities.
• Ability to work independently and in a team environment.

  Certifications:
  
  VMware Certified Professional (VCP), Microsoft Certified:
  Windows Server or Azure Administrator & ITIL Foundation Certification.
