Responsibilities
- Drive requirement gathering by working directly with the client and with business and IT teams to align technology with business strategy and goals
- Writing user stories in Jira and documentation in Confluence
- Provide high quality value adding solutions to customers using the Pega platform
- Support Development and Testing teams in resolving any queries related to requirements with their deep functional and domain expertise
- Conduct solution demos and prepare effort estimates
- 3+ years of experience working as Pega BA on Pega development projects
- Good knowledge of Pega product features, frameworks, and functional design
- Excellent communication and client interfacing skills
- Excellent hands-on experience in requirement analysis for Agile development methodology
- Experience in writing user stories in Jira and documentation in Confluence
