Location: hybrid 3x's/week in Minneapolis, MN or Marlborough, MA

Duration: 12‑month contract (potential extension or conversion)

Health, vision, and dental benefits provided during contract

Compensation: $60-65/hr based on experience

Paid weekly, every Friday

• 10+ years of Project Management experience with complex, multi‑workstream projects
• Experience using tools like Jira, Confluence, and other PM platforms.
• 5 years of hands‑on experience driving data governance initiatives, including policy implementation and cross‑functional coordination.
• Proven ability to manage projects spanning privacy, security, and data architecture work streams in a shared governance environment.

We are seeking an experienced Data Governance Project Manager to lead complex, multi‑workstream initiatives within our data governance program. This role will oversee projects spanning privacy, security, and data architecture, ensuring alignment with organizational standards and regulatory requirements. The ideal candidate will have 12+ years of project management experience and at least 5 years of hands‑on data governance expertise, with a proven track record of delivering enterprise‑scale programs.

Strong proficiency in project management tools such as Jira, Confluence, and other PM platforms is essential. Experience with AI tools, including Copilot, is a significant plus. This position requires exceptional stakeholder management skills and the ability to coordinate across shared work streams in a dynamic environment. The role is hybrid, with three days per week onsite in either Minneapolis, MN or Marlborough, MA.
