• Provide pre‑sales technical support, including tender specifications
• Act as a product specialist to define the scope of work and deliver product demonstrations
• Offer technical support for transmission and data communications during product evaluations
• Collaborate with Sales Management, Product Management, and Marketing for product development feedback
• Support field sales teams to achieve sales goals and objectives

• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology or a related field
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar role
• Knowledge of EMS and hospital information systems, including EMR
• Strong technical aptitude and problem‑solving skills
• Proficient presentation and communication skills

• Experience in mobile communications, networking, or server infrastructure
• Familiarity with complex enterprise software and hardware solutions
• Fluency in Arabic in addition to English
