Infrastructure Project Manager

Charter Solutions is hiring an Infrastructure Project Manager who will be responsible for a multi‑phase IT modernization initiative. This role will lead day‑to‑day project management activities, managing schedules and deliverables, and ensuring the program is executed successfully across multiple phases.

• 7+ years of experience managing complex IT infrastructure projects or programs.
• Experience serving as a Lead Project Manager in multi‑vendor or public‑sector environments.
• Strong understanding of enterprise IT infrastructure (networking, datacenter, security, endpoint platforms).
• Proven ability to coordinate internal teams and external vendors.
• Familiarity with Service Now for change management, service coordination, and operational handoff.
• Excellent communication, organization, and stakeholder management skills.

• PMP, PRINCE2, or equivalent certification.
• Municipal or public‑sector IT project experience.
• Experience with phased or multi‑year implementations aligned to budget cycles.
• Familiarity with ITIL‑based change and service management practices.
