Responsibilities- Administer and optimize AWS Aurora Postgre
SQL and Amazon Redshift environments. - Drive database performance tuning, automation, and disaster recovery readiness.
- Partner with Engineering and Cloud Ops to deliver high-availability, compliant solutions.
- Lead small-scale database initiatives and guide best practices.
- 3–5+ years DBA experience, ideally in SaaS.
- Strong Postgre
SQL and AWS Aurora hands‑on skills. - Familiarity with AWS services (Cloud Watch, IAM, S3, Lambda).
- Knowledge of compliance frameworks (SOC 2, GDPR).
- Local to Minnesota.
- Cannot require sponsorship.
