Qualifications:

** We’re looking for motivated candidates who are eager to learn and bring transferable skills to our team. Prior professional experience is Ability to think critically, break down problems, and propose solutions (through academic projects, internships, volunteer, or work experiences). Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to share ideas effectively in group projects, presentations, or customer-facing interactions. Demonstrated ability to take ownership of tasks or projects and complete them with limited supervision.

Familiarity with basic tools such as MS Office, Google Workspace, or similar software. At Ovative, we offer a transparent view into three core components of your total compensation package:
Base Salary, Annual Bonus, and Benefits. The salary range for this position below is inclusive of an annual bonus. Actual offers are made with consideration for relevant experience and anticipated impact. Additional benefits information is provided below.
