Supervisor for Inpatient Teams (Clin Doc, Orders, ED, Stork). As an IT Supervisor of Corporate Applications, you will lead a team of IT professionals responsible for supporting both on‑premises and SaaS applications, ensuring their reliability, performance, and alignment with business objectives. You will provide performance coaching, guide staff development, and support continuous improvement. The role will oversee efficient IT service delivery, collaborate with cross‑functional teams, build stakeholder relationships, and promote a culture of teamwork.

• BA/BS in information technology, healthcare, or a related business field, or at least 5 years of related work experience.

• Strong problem‑solving and critical‑thinking skills.
• Demonstrated ability to inspire, mentor, and influence others.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
• Knowledge of project management methodologies.
• Understanding of healthcare processes and application system coordination.
• Ability to manage concurrent priorities in a changing environment.
• Proficiency in teamwork, customer service, and organizational skills.
• Accountability for results and outcomes.
