Are you an expert in SAP Production Planning and Quality Management with deep MRP knowledge? We’re looking for a seasoned SAP PP/QM Consultant with strong MRP leadership experience to drive end-to-end planning, production, and quality processes across complex SAP landscapes.

In this role, you will serve as the subject matter expert guiding business and technical teams through SAP S/4

HANA or ECC implementations, rollouts, and optimization initiatives.

• Lead the design, configuration, and support of SAP PP and QM processes.
• Build and optimize MRP strategies and parameters to meet business needs.
• Partner with production, planning, quality, and procurement teams to ensure seamless, integrated supply chain operations.
• Conduct requirement‑gathering sessions with key stakeholders.
• Translate business needs into functional designs and system configurations.
• Manage PP/QM/MRP master data:
  BOMs, Routings, Inspection Plans
  , and more.
• Support integration with MM, SD, WM, FI/CO
  .
• Lead or support data migration, UAT, go‑live, and hypercare activities.
• Deliver training and ongoing support to end users and super users.
• Collaborate with developers on enhancements, reports, and custom solutions.
• Coordinate across offshore/onshore teams for global deployments.
• Ability to travel up to 75% onsite is required.

This role is open to full‑time candidates with strong implementation backgrounds.

• 8+ years of hands‑on SAP PP and QM experience, including 3+ years in a Lead role
  .
• Strong command of MRP concepts and SAP MRP configuration
  .
• Experience with S/4
  
  HANA projects is mandatory.
• Deep knowledge of manufacturing, shop floor, and quality processes.
• Background in discrete and/or process manufacturing environments.
• Excellent understanding of PP/QM master data.
• Strong integration expertise with MM, SD, FI/CO
  .
• Experience in global implementations or rollouts
  .
• Outstanding communication and stakeholder management skills.
