• Bachelor's degree with 5+ years of relevant work experience; or 10+ years of relevant work experience
• Solid understanding of command line based operating systems (Linux, Windows)
• Experience with scripting languages (Python, Ansible, Selenium, VBA Macro, Power Shell preferred)
• Experience with automation methods in a large enterprise (custom development, UiPath RPA, Power Automate, Workflow Automation, ticketing & monitoring tools, etc.)
• Direct experience deploying tools like Service Now, Salesforce, Dynatrace in a large enterprise
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to gather, analyze and synthesize information
• Experience with data visualization tools (Grafana, Tableau, AWS Quick Sight)
• Initiative and innovation toward improving customer experience using the scientific method
• Ability to work in a demanding environment and manage multiple priorities
• Ability to work in an office environment and/or remotely
• Experience with agile tools such as Octane, Jira, Version One, Trello, Confluence

• Experience with payments systems (preferred)
• Familiarity with ISO
  20022 messages
• ITIL certification
• Knowledge of Amazon Cloud Watch and data lake
• Knowledge of Postgre
  
  SQL, JavaScript, HTML, & CSS
• Experience consuming REST APIs from a scripting language

• 6 years of experience
• Bachelor's degree in STEM or related field, or equivalent combination of education/experience
• Experience with Python or Selenium

Pay Range: $45.00 - $50.00
