Enterprise Architect

Overview

Experienced Enterprise Architect who will be responsible for the technology strategy and senior level relationships with business and delivery counterparts across multiple programs. In this leadership role, you will drive architectural direction, align cross-product initiatives, and enable adoption of modern technologies to reduce total cost of ownership. Some big data exposure and cloud maturity across private/public/hybrid deployments are expected. The role requires collaboration with product managers/owners, delivery teams, platform, and professional services, and travel up to 20% (including international).

• Create and drive the technical strategy for multiple products; lead day-to-day interactions with product managers/owners and delivery teams.
• Craft highly scalable, flexible, and resilient architectures; enable cloud-first solutions (private/public/hybrid) and modern technologies to reduce total cost of ownership.
• Partner with teams to drive benefit delivery across defined products and shape healthcare solutions impacting millions of lives.
• Interact and communicate with delivery, product, platform, and professional services teams, as well as technology and business executives and stakeholders.
• Lead guidance, development, and usage of Reference Architecture and Technology Standards following UI/UX principles to improve user experience.
• Own research and discovery of complex enterprise problems, document current state, product roadmaps, and identify gaps for future state.
• Support journey owners with ideation, EPIC creation, feature grooming, estimation, and next-year execution planning with delivery teams.
• Travel up to 20%, including international locations, as needed.

• Experience with BOT technologies and AI/ML to deliver consumer-facing Chat and Voice bot interactions; exposure to ABM with third-party apps (e.g., Apple Messages, Google Messages, Whats App).
• Design/implementation/consulting experience across large-scale, enterprise applications – 5+ years.
• Experience collaborating with cross-business product teams to drive business benefits; ability to develop enterprise architectures to meet complex requirements – 5+ years.
• Ability to create and execute technology strategies, groom business products for technical features, track and report total cost of implementation and ownership; develop EA roadmap – 3+ years.
• Experience leveraging loosely coupled microservices, event-driven architectures, domain APIs, data externalization, performance optimization, application integration, and Agile/Dev Ops/CI-CD practices – 3+ years.
• Experience with public cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) and open-source software; strong software development and operational management practices – 3+ years.
• Guidance and experience with Reference Architecture and Technology Standards, UI/UX principles to improve user experience – 3+ years.
• Bachelor of Computer Science or equivalent technical degree.

• Salary Range: $120,000 - $150,000 per year.
