Senior Level Workflow Specialist – TRIPS Application
The TRIPS senior level workflow specialist leads the design, training and implementation of data management workflows with client environments utilizing the TRIPS application. This role is highly client‑facing and requires a strong blend of technical acumen, business process understanding and interpersonal communication skills. The specialist will work closely with clients and internal teams to translate business requirements into scalable, efficient, and compliant data workflows.
Responsibilities include training new hires and leading consultative initiatives with clients.
- Collaborate with clients and internal departments to gather and analyze business requirements related to data management and operational workflows.
- Design and document end‑to‑end data workflows tailored to client‑specific environments, ensuring alignment with business goals and standards.
- Lead the implementation of workflow solutions, including configuration, testing, and deployment within client systems.
- Deliver hands‑on training and support to client teams and internal resources to ensure successful adoption and long‑term sustainability of implemented workflows.
- Evaluate, optimize and advise on existing workflows for performance, scalability, and user experience.
- Serve as a liaison between client stakeholders, internal engineering teams, and product managers to ensure seamless delivery and feedback integration.
- Maintain detailed documentation of workflow designs, implementation plans, and training materials.
- Bachelor’s Degree and 3 years of experience, or high school/GED and 7 years of experience.
- Minimum age 18 years.
- 5+ years of experience as Business Analyst, Process Engineer, Software Implementation, or Project Management.
- Knowledge of data lifecycle management, data governance, and workflow automation tools.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills and experience in client‑facing roles.
- Proficiency in tools such as SQL, Visio or other workflow platforms.
- Familiarity with cloud platforms and data integration tools.
- Certification in Lean Six Sigma or a similar process improvement methodology.
The compensation range for this position is $75,000.00 - $85,000.00 annually. The position may be eligible for commission or an annual performance incentive plan. Base pay offered will vary depending on job‑related knowledge, skills, location, experience and internal equity considerations.
