• Embed technology early in the client sales cycle and build and support top‑of‑the‑funnel activity for cloud‑enabled digital transformation deals; assist Alliance Sales Executives to identify, qualify, and draft client SOWs, ensuring the appropriate solutions are presented to clients.
• Develop and present compelling demonstrations tailored to generative AI solutions on and with Service Now, including showcasing products like NOW Assist alongside complementary GenAI Services such as Microsoft or Google; demos illustrate how powerful generative AI models can transform client operations, enhance innovation, and drive business value.
• Craft detailed and persuasive responses to RFPs centered around AI and data integration; leverage knowledge of Service Now's Workflow Data Fabric and other platform capabilities.
• Engage directly with senior technical stakeholders, such as Chief Data Officers and IT Directors, at client organizations to understand their generative AI ambitions and technical requirements, offering tailored AI solutions leveraging the latest in Service Now and across the AI ecosystem.
• Accelerate Alliance Influence Pipeline and Bookings growth by augmenting the Alliance Sales Team, providing technical sales skills and business acumen to deliver a technical sales strategy.
• Act with integrity, professionalism, and personal responsibility to uphold KPMG's respectful and courteous work environment.

• Minimum eight years of experience in a technical sales or consulting role focused on AI and data integration; ITIL certification and either Certified Master Architect or Certified Technical Architect certifications required.
• Bachelor's degree in a related field from an accredited college/university preferred; or a high school diploma or GED required plus at least ten years of previous sales engineering experience.
• Hands‑on technical experience including scripting, integration, and successful implementation of a wide range of NOW applications; experience with the breadth of Service Now products and services, and ability to navigate and collaborate with KPMG sales and delivery teams.
• Consultative and architectural experience in relevant solution areas, excellent presentation skills, ability to develop and deliver high‑quality Service Now‑enabled demos, and articulate value propositions to clients, internal stakeholders, and alliance partner field sales and leadership teams.
• Strong communication, consultative and interpersonal skills that have built business relationships of trust and results.
• Will travel as needed.
