As a Lead Data Engineer at Edmentum, you’ll drive our data strategy, leading complex engineering initiatives that empower teams with reliable, scalable, and insightful data solutions.

• Design and build scalable data pipelines using modern technologies.
• Define and evolve data architecture standards and best practices.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to integrate data solutions.
• Optimize data systems for performance, reliability, and scalability.
• Mentor junior engineers and foster technical excellence.
• Ensure documentation and compliance with data governance policies.

• Highly proficient in Python, SQL, and data engineering frameworks.
• Experienced with cloud platforms like AWS, Azure, or GCP.
• Skilled in ETL processes and pipeline orchestration.
• Strong grasp of data warehousing and modeling.
• Familiar with big data technologies such as Spark and Hadoop.
• Collaborative leader who thrives in cross‑functional teams.
• Excellent communicator and mentor.
• Degree in Computer Science or a related field.
• 7+ years of experience in data engineering.

Pay Range: $147,000–$160,000 USD (annual)
