Job Summary
- Define, plan, and manage end-to-end project activities across supply chain and engineering system transformations.
- Develop and maintain project plans, timelines, resource allocation, risk assessments, and status reports.
- Serve as the central point of contact between internal stakeholders, IT teams, vendors, and engineering departments.
- Track deliverables and ensure alignment with business objectives, scope, and budget.
Supply Chain Transformation
- Support redefinition of supply chain processes during SAP migration.
- Collaborate with procurement, logistics, and manufacturing teams to document current and future-state processes.
- Identify inefficiencies and recommend improvements inline with industry best practices.
CAD Migration
- Lead or coordinate the migration of legacy CAD data ( Solid Works) to a Inovia platform (e.g., Autodesk Vault, Siemens Teamcenter, or PTC Windchill).
- Work with design engineers to ensure data integrity, file mapping,and compliance during transition.
- Establish protocols for file versioning, storage, and access control.
Engineering Process Definition Documentation
- Develop standard operating procedures (SOPs), work instructions, and process flow diagrams for engineering and supply chain workflows.
- Ensure alignment with ISO standards, industry regulations, and internal QAQC protocols.
- Facilitate workshops and training sessions to gather inputs and validate processes.
SAP Migration (ECC to S4
HANA or other) – Not Mandatory
- Support data cleansing, mapping, and validation for materials, BOMs, routings, and vendor data.
- Coordinate with SAP functional and technical teams to define requirements and test scripts.
- Lead UAT (User Acceptance Testing) and provide documentation and training for business users
