Responsible for managing assigned IT resources in the development and support of the revenue cycle, clinical, corporate, and ancillary systems that form the basis of North Memorial Health Care’s information systems. Directs, manages, and coordinates staff resources and expertise to analyze business requirements and workflows, supporting, building, integrating, and implementing comprehensive integrated system solutions for IT customers, including data collection, integration, analysis, and reporting.

Ensures maximum utilization of technology and available resources while achieving approved fiscal expectations, and provides application support consistent with organizational needs.

Epic Ambulatory, Healthy Planet/Compass Rose, Beaker Lab, and Epic Security Focused experience required.

Education:

• Bachelor of Science degree in Computer Science or Information Management or 6 years related work experience

Experience:

• Education and/or experience with process improvement techniques, change control and project management preferred.
• Minimum of 3 years of direct EPIC experience.

Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:

• Minimum of five years’ experience in an IT or clinical supervisory position, with demonstrated proficiency in the management of multiple complex system implementations in a health care environment.
• Demonstrated Total Quality Management, leadership, communication, organizational, and management skills.

Work Group: Non‑Contract

Shift: Days, 8 hours

Weekend Requirement: Weekends as needed

Call Requirement: On/Off Premise Call

Remote or On‑site: Hybrid Remote

FLSA Status: Exempt

Salary Range: Level 07 ($53.78 – $80.67) per hour, depending on experience.

Shift Differential: Compensation may include shift differential pay depending on the position and shift worked.
