Epicor Analyst - Direct Hire (Hybrid)

Peer Source is currently recruiting for an Epicor Analyst on a Direct Hire basis. This role is hybrid based out of Minneapolis, MN.

We are seeking a mid-level ERP Analyst with strong experience supporting Epicor ERP in a manufacturing environment. This role will serve as a key technical partner for internal business units, applying deep knowledge of ERP system functionality to enhance operations, improve processes, and support strategic initiatives.

• Act as the subject matter expert for assigned Epicor modules and corresponding business functions.
• Troubleshoot, diagnose, and resolve complex ERP-related issues reported by users.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate business needs into system specifications and solutions.
• Configure, optimize, and enhance ERP processes, user interfaces, and system functions.
• Develop and execute test plans for system updates, enhancements, and configuration changes.
• Partner with IT, developers, and business units to implement system improvements aligned with strategic goals.
• Maintain awareness of emerging ERP technologies and recommend enhancements based on evolving business needs.

• 3-5 years of experience in IT systems analysis or a similar technical role.
• Hands‑on experience with Epicor ERP, including an understanding of system functions, configuration, and process workflows.
• Background supporting ERP systems within a manufacturing or production environment.
• Proven ability to translate business requirements into scalable technical solutions.
• Strong problem‑solving and analytical skills with a proactive mindset.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent.
• Exposure to mentoring or knowledge‑sharing within technical teams is a plus.
