What you’ll do

As a Recruiter at Niron Magnetics, you will play a critical role in scaling our workforce during a pivotal phase of company growth. Partnering closely with hiring managers and leaders across the organization, you will own full‑cycle recruiting for a mix of technical, manufacturing, and corporate roles—helping translate ambitious growth plans into strong, diverse talent pipelines while balancing speed, quality, and candidate experience.

This role sits at the intersection of people, process, and execution, ensuring Niron attracts and hires the talent required to scale from a breakthrough materials company into a world‑class advanced manufacturing organization.

Key Responsibilities
  • Own end‑to‑end recruiting for assigned requisitions, from intake and sourcing through offer and close
  • Partner with hiring managers to define role requirements, success profiles, and hiring timelines
  • Proactively source and engage talent across technical, manufacturing, and corporate functions
  • Deliver a high‑touch, inclusive candidate experience aligned with Niron’s values and employer brand
Hiring Manager Partnership & Process Excellence
  • Serve as a trusted advisor to hiring managers on market insights, candidate calibration, and hiring strategy
  • Drive structured interview processes, including interview panel design, feedback collection, and debrief facilitation
  • Support equitable, data‑informed hiring decisions aligned to business priorities
  • Build and maintain talent pipelines for current and future hiring needs
  • Represent Niron in outreach efforts, networking, and employer branding initiatives
  • Partner with internal stakeholders to continuously improve recruiting tools, workflows, and messaging
Operational Rigor & Reporting
  • Maintain accurate, timely data in the ATS (Rippling)
  • Track recruiting progress, risks, and milestones, providing clear weekly updates and activity snapshots
  • Identify opportunities to improve hiring speed, quality, and scalability
What we’re looking for
  • Corporate and agency recruiting experience
  • Experience recruiting for technical, engineering, manufacturing, or operations roles strongly preferred
  • Strong sourcing and outreach skills; comfortable engaging passive candidates
  • Ability to manage multiple open requisitions in a fast‑paced, evolving environment
  • Experience using applicant tracking systems and recruiting analytics
  • Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills
  • Organized, detail‑oriented, and comfortable working with data and recruiting systems
  • A builder mindset — excited to help create structure, not just follow it
Our Pay and Benefits
  • Competitive Salary: $85,000‑110,000 annually, based on your experience and impact.
  • Ownership Opportunity:
Equity in Niron through a meaningful stock option grant—your success is our success.
  • Comprehensive Health Coverage:
Medical, dental, and vision insurance to keep you and your family well.
  • Mental Health Support:
Because your well‑being matters just as much as your work.
  • 401(k) with Company Match:
Helping you plan for the future while building something big today.
  • Ample Time Off:
Paid time off and holidays to recharge and reconnect.
  • A Place to Thrive:
Join a high‑performing, purpose‑driven manufacturing environment where innovation and collaboration fuel every day.
  • Experience in a fun, high‑performing, manufacturing environment
