Overview
The Interim Recruiting Strategist will own the full lifecycle recruiting strategy for a high-volume manufacturing ramp. This role blends strategic planning with hands-on execution—developing the hiring roadmap, securing leadership alignment, and driving results to onboard multiple new employees by a fixed deadline. The consultant will work closely with senior leaders and ensure recruiting operations scale effectively during a period of accelerated growth.

Salary Range: Hourly rate between $60-$75, DOE

Roles & Responsibilities- Design, present, and execute a comprehensive recruiting strategy aligned to aggressive hiring goals
- Lead high-volume recruiting execution to meet firm onboarding deadlines
- Determine sourcing channels, marketing and advertising spend, and TA support needs
- Partner closely with executive leadership and operational stakeholders
- Manage ATS usage and support system transition during implementation
- Demonstrated success leading large-scale, high-urgency recruiting initiatives
- Confidence partnering with C-suite and senior leaders
- Manufacturing or production recruiting experience
- Strong balance of strategic thinking and hands-on execution
- UKG ATS experience; experience a plus
