Interim UKG Consultant

The Interim UKG Consultant will lead the completion and optimization of the UKG implementation, ensuring a smooth transition to the internal HR team. The consultant will focus on stabilizing the processes, training team members, and prioritizing the urgent rollout of recruiting initiatives to support high-volume hiring later this year. This is a short-term, flexible engagement requiring a hands-on, results-driven UKG specialist.

Hybrid - South Metro Area

Salary Range: Hourly rate between $55-$65, DOE

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Complete and optimize the UKG implementation
• Support transition of Payroll module to internal Payroll & Benefits Specialist
• Lead rollout of UKG Recruiting module for high-volume hiring
• Train internal HR team members on UKG functionality and best practices
• Troubleshoot system issues and improve configuration as needed

Required

Skills & Experience:

• UKG implementation and optimization experience required
• Experience with small company / lean HR team implementations
• Strong training and change management skills
• Ability to move quickly in a fast-paced environment
