What the role is about
:
The Regional Manager leads the People Business Partner (PBP) team across a defined multi-state region, ensuring consistent and high-impact delivery of HR support to business leaders. This role is responsible for coaching and developing PBPs, driving people strategy execution, and ensuring People programs are aligned to business priorities, labor requirements, and company culture. The Regional Manager serves as a strategic advisor to regional leadership and a key connector between field operations and corporate HR Centers of Excellence (COEs).
This role reports to the Senior Director, People & Culture. Travel requirement:
Up to 30% to other state locations you support.
