Job DescriptionWe are seeking a dynamic Senior
Technical Recruiter to drive consultative, end-to-end hiring efforts for technical roles across our global organization. As a key member of our fun, passionate, and growing Talent Acquisition and HR team, you will play a critical role in identifying, attracting, and securing top engineering and technology talent.
The ideal candidate has deep experience recruiting for technical disciplines, excels at partnering with leaders and engineering stakeholders, communicates with clarity, and thrives in a fast-paced, multi-location environment.
Essential Duties And Responsibilities- Lead full-cycle recruitment for technical and engineering roles across multiple locations. Will also recruit for non-technical roles as needed.
- Partner closely with hiring managers and cross-functional teams to understand technical requirements, team dynamics, and ideal candidate profiles.
- Develop and execute sourcing strategies targeting both active and passive technical talent through platforms such as Linked In, Git Hub, professional networks, and industry events.
- Evaluate technical skill sets effectively, ensuring candidates meet both functional and organizational requirements.
- Provide consultative insights and market intelligence, helping leaders make informed hiring decisions and plan for future technical workforce needs.
- Deliver an exceptional candidate and hiring manager experience throughout the recruitment process, with clear communication and timely follow-up.
- Manage a diverse, high-volume requisition load.
- Utilize employer branding, social media, and creative sourcing techniques to strengthen our visibility and attract top technical talent.
- Maintain accurate, timely documentation and workflow management within the Applicant Tracking System (Workday).
- Partner with HR Business Partners on technical hiring trends, workforce planning, and organizational needs.
- High school diploma or equivalent required; bachelor’s degree in business, HR, or a related field preferred.
- 5+ years of full-cycle recruitment experience, with proven success recruiting software, engineering, or other technical roles; global recruiting experience preferred.
- Demonstrated ability to build strong partnerships and influence hiring outcomes across all levels of an organization.
- Strong technical sourcing capabilities and experience using Boolean search, talent communities, and targeted outreach strategies.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong organizational, prioritization, and time-management abilities.
- Experience with Workday Recruit is a plus.
The base salary range represents the estimated low and high end for this position based on a good faith assessment of the role and market data at the time of posting. Consistent with applicable law, each candidate’s compensation offer may vary and will be determined based on but not limited to, your geographic region, skills, qualifications, and experience along with the requirements of the position.
This position may be eligible for bonuses, commissions, or overtime if applicable. Benefits include health insurance (medical, dental, vision), a retirement savings plan, paid time off, and other employee benefits. Specific details will be provided during the interview process. Datasite reserves the right to modify this pay range at any time.
