Sky Water is supporting a large, well-established restaurant group in identifying a strategic, relationship-driven Field HR Manager to support talent and operations across the Midwest. This role is ideal for an HR leader who thrives in a fast-paced, multi-unit environment and is energized by influencing leaders, developing talent, and elevating the employee experience.
The Field HR Manager acts as a trusted HR business partner to Operations leadership across approximately 100 locations throughout the region. This person will lead talent strategies, support workforce planning, manage complex employee relations matters, and drive learning and development initiatives that strengthen culture and performance.
The ideal candidate brings strong multi-unit HR experience, exceptional coaching abilities, and a passion for building strong partnerships with operators at all levels.
This role is based in Minneapolis and requires significant travel across the region.
