* + Assisting with the design, development, and implementation of recruiting strategies to achieve needed fulfillment expectations

+ Acting as Kelly brand ambassador through the development of relationships with our clients, community outreach organizations and educational centers

+ Handling full cycle recruitment and onboarding functions for the area

+ Attending scheduled job fairs and/or recruiting events

** Essential Skills, Knowledge & Experiences:*
* + 1+ years of recruiting, onboarding, or human resources experience

+ Excellent verbal and written communicator

+ Customer service focus

+ MS Office to include Word, Excel, and Power Point

+ Valid United States Driver's License in good standing is required

+ Ability to travel up to 20-30% locally to hiring, recruiting, school, talent, and other position-applicable events are also required

Candidates must have the ability to work full time onsite at the Kelly Education Office Monday through Friday 8am-5pm.

Starting Salary: 51,300 + bonus opportunity
