Regulatory Compliance Specialist, Talent Manager, Recruiter, Employee Relations

We are seeking a HRIS Specialist to join the Human Resources team in our Minneapolis office. The salary range for this position is $60,000 - $75,000.
In order to perform one or more essential functions of this role, a minimum of three days in the office is required.
Human Resources Responsibilities- Troubleshoot and work with both employees and UKG support on HRIS issues
- Update intranet – benefits, notices, forms, directory, payroll calendar
- Assist with review process
- Answer questions from employees regarding payroll, PTO, Timecards and benefits
- Overtime report
- Payroll issues
- UKG reports
- Benefit Reports
- PANs (Personal Action Notice)
- Audit of monthly benefit records
- Updating benefit carriers
- Monthly benefit billing payments
- Parking/transit reimbursements through transportation benefit, adding and terminating parking passes for each office.
- Open enrollment process and set up.
