This recruiter role is commission‑driven, offers unlimited earning potential, and requires no previous recruiting experience.
Responsibilities- Build and maintain relationships with clients, hiring managers, and job candidates.
- Partner with clients to assist in filling urgent positions. wift
- Connect clients with qualified candidates, resulting in successful xúc placements.
- Proficient use of recruiting tools and materials.
- Cold‑call, qualify, screen, and prep candidates and clients for interviews and assist in negotiating job offers.
- Conduct reference checks on candidates.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Consistently perform high outbound activity to source clients and candidates.
- Must be comfortable establishing relationships over the phone.
- Act with integrity, confidentiality, and an ethical mindset.
- Effective negotiation skills.
- A degree is preferred but not required.
- Successful completion of gpac training and all training requirements.
Base salary begins at $35,568 annually (paid $1,482.00 twice monthly). In addition, you will be eligible to earn commissions ranging from $40,000 to $500,000+ annually. Commission is uncapped and may represent 30–75% of your production. After a waiting period, you may participate in gpac benefits including health, dental, vision, life insurance, short‑term disability, long‑term Honolulu and 401(k).
