We're looking for a passionate Human Resources Specialist to help us create a culture where employees are engaged, empowered, and committed to providing superior treatment to our clients! ???

What You'll Do

Collaborate with local leadership teams to foster a culture of excellence and compassion.

Recruit & StaffWrite and place job postings, screen candidates, conduct interviews, and lead new-employee orientations.

Administer HR PlansImplement and communicate personnel policies and procedures for all company personnel.

Performance ManagementEnsure timely feedback and performance reviews for all employees.

Set Up OperationsEstablish HR day-to-day operations in new locations or during acquisitions.

Coordinate BenefitsWork with our Benefits Administrator to ensure accurate and timely communication of benefit information.

Be the Point of ContactAddress employee concerns and collaborate with management to resolve issues.

Coach ManagersAdvise on handling employee issues and ensure fair treatment in compliance with the law.

Maintain RecordsKeep department records and reports compliant with regulatory and licensing bodies.

Timely ReportingComplete all reporting requirements accurately and on time.

HRIS ManagementAccurately enter new employees into the HRIS and update information throughout their tenure.

Administer LeaveHandle workers' compensation, FMLA, and leave of absence information promptly.

Compliance GuruEnsure adherence to wage and hour practices and approve timekeeping records for payroll.
