We are seeking a talented and motivated Principal Workday Analyst to join our dynamic team. This offers the opportunity to work remotely and contribute to exciting projects in a collaborative environment.
Responsibilities- Provide expert support in Workday Advanced Compensation, ensuring effective management of allowance plans and eligibility determinations.
- Collaborate with the HRIT team to facilitate configuration changes and support system implementations.
- Develop and execute high-level test scripts for project handoff and ensure successful transitions to production environments.
- Assist in the finalization of Workday Time Tracking implementations and support ongoing configuration adjustments.
- Engage in day‑to‑day operational support and contribute to the success of various compensation projects.
- Proven experience with Workday Advanced Compensation and Time Tracking functionalities.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to develop and execute test scripts effectively.
- Excellent communication and collaboration abilities to work within cross‑functional teams.
- Detail‑oriented with a focus on delivering high‑quality results in a fast‑paced environment.
- Experience in supporting compensation implementation projects and conducting fit‑gap assessments.
- Familiarity with HRIT systems and configuration processes.
- Ability to adapt to changing priorities and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
