We are seeking a talented and motivated Principal Workday Analyst to join our dynamic team. This offers the opportunity to work remotely and contribute to exciting projects in a collaborative environment.

• Provide expert support in Workday Advanced Compensation, ensuring effective management of allowance plans and eligibility determinations.
• Collaborate with the HRIT team to facilitate configuration changes and support system implementations.
• Develop and execute high-level test scripts for project handoff and ensure successful transitions to production environments.
• Assist in the finalization of Workday Time Tracking implementations and support ongoing configuration adjustments.
• Engage in day‑to‑day operational support and contribute to the success of various compensation projects.

• Proven experience with Workday Advanced Compensation and Time Tracking functionalities.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to develop and execute test scripts effectively.
• Excellent communication and collaboration abilities to work within cross‑functional teams.
• Detail‑oriented with a focus on delivering high‑quality results in a fast‑paced environment.

• Experience in supporting compensation implementation projects and conducting fit‑gap assessments.
• Familiarity with HRIT systems and configuration processes.
• Ability to adapt to changing priorities and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
