Talent Acquisition Specialist | Human Resources
Base pay range: $78,000.00/yr - $/yr
This role supports the organization’s talent acquisition activities aligned with the firm's strategic direction and core values. It partners with firm leadership on specific recruiting needs and enhances the new‑hire experience, managing processes throughout the employee lifecycle. Key responsibilities include end‑to‑end recruiting, workforce planning, campus recruitment, candidate experience improvement, and various HR initiatives to strengthen engagement and communication.
Responsibilities- Assist in executing the talent acquisition strategy and creating staffing roadmaps.
- Participate in workforce planning and forecasting to build talent pipelines.
- Manage full‑cycle recruiting (job intake, sourcing, interviewing, offer negotiation).
- Screen, qualify, and interview applicants; serve as main point of contact for hiring culture consistency.
- Collaborate across teams providing talent acquisition assistance.
- Manage pre‑employment due diligence checks (background and reference).
- Partner with the Senior Campus Recruiter on campus initiatives.
- Represent the firm at job fairs (virtual and in‑person).
- Lead summer internship program planning and execution.
- Collaborate with the Talent Acquisition Manager on advertising and recruiting strategy, leveraging internet and social media platforms.
- Work with Marketing to produce recruiting and career marketing content on the company website and social channels.
- Oversee the 30‑day check‑in process for experienced team members to identify trends and drive continuous improvement.
- Administer the new hire peer connection program (Boulay Buddy).
- Support the Rising Early Professionals (REP) Program.
- Facilitate onboarding/offboarding administrative processes for outsourced talent resources.
- Manage the Return‑to‑Work re‑acclimation process.
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, Communications, or related field; or equivalent experience.
- 2+ years of full‑cycle recruitment experience in a small team, high‑growth professional services environment.
- Proven success in innovative recruitment approaches with emphasis on diverse candidate groups.
- Candidate sourcing experience using current technologies.

Annual salary range: $78,000 - $115,000. Final compensation may vary based on experience, knowledge, and skills. Additional incentive, commission, and profit‑sharing may be available.
