As a Human Resources Generalist
, you’ll serve as the primary HR resource for a dynamic team of 170 employees across multiple states. This position offers a unique blend of operational and strategic responsibilities, with approximately 70% payroll-focused (ADP) and 30% HR administration
.

• Manage weekly payroll for multi-state employees (salary, hourly, commission) using ADP
• Support core HR functions: recruiting, onboarding, benefits administration, and employee relations
• Assist with union audits and ensure compliance with labor agreements
• Lead open enrollment and benefits audits
• Maintain accurate HR records and ensure timely communication

• Bachelor’s degree required
• 3+ years of payroll experience in ADP
• Experience with multi-state payroll and union environments (preferred)

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Minneapolis, MN.

The pay range for this position is $30.00 - $37.00/hr.
