Human Resources Manager
Base pay range: $65,000.00/yr - $85,000.00/yr
Responsibilities- Foster a positive work environment by addressing employee concerns and managing conflict resolution.
- Act as a mediator in employee disputes and work to resolve issues in a fair, respectful manner.
- Implement strategies to improve employee morale, engagement, and retention.
- Oversee the performance management process, including annual reviews, feedback sessions, and performance improvement plans.
- Provide guidance to managers on best practices for evaluating and developing their teams.
- Work with employees and managers to set clear performance objectives.
- Ensure the company’s HR policies are up-to-date and compliant with federal, state, and local laws.
- Create, communicate, and enforce company policies, procedures, and guidelines.
- Conduct audits to ensure compliance with employment laws and regulations.
- Implement employee compensation structures, including salary benchmarking and benefits administration.
- Collaborate with payroll and benefits administrators to ensure timely and accurate benefits delivery.
- Manage benefits enrollment, billings, partnerships and open enrollment.
- Oversee bi-weekly payroll processing.
- Maintain accurate employee records, including performance data, training logs, and compliance documentation.
- Analyze HR metrics to identify trends and make data‑driven decisions.
- Prepare reports for leadership, highlighting HR activities, successes, and areas for improvement.
- Identify HR trends and make recommendations to improve organizational effectiveness.
- Drive change management initiatives and promote a culture of continuous improvement.
- Additional duties as assigned.

Reporting StructureReports to Director of Human Resources
Ideal Skills & Experience- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field; HR certification (PHR, SPHR, SHRM‑CP, SHRM‑SCP) is preferred.
- Minimum of 5 years of progressive HR experience, with at least 2 years in a managerial or supervisory role.
- Strong understanding of HR laws and regulations.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to manage conflict and build effective relationships.
- Proficiency in HR software (Workday, ADP, or similar).
- Problem‑solving and decision‑making abilities.
