Join our team! We are seeking a full-time Recruiter to join the team! Michaud Cooley Erickson (MCE) is a consulting engineering firm grounded in producing quality designs across all MEP systems.   • Sources and identify potential candidates through various channels including online platforms, social media, networking events and industry connections.
  • Ensures positions are posted according to procedure, reviews resumes and applications, shares with hiring managers, coordinates advertising with the media and recruiting partners.
  • Be active and maintain a knowledge of college and university events including job fairs, internships and CO-OP opportunities.
  • Recruits, interviews, and facilitates the hiring of qualified applicants for open positions; collaborates with managers to understand skills and competencies required for openings.
  • Utilize applicant tracking system and other recruitment tools to streamline processes and maintain accurate records.
  • Collaborate with Human Resources Manager to develop effective recruitment strategies, policies and procedures.
  • Serves as an ambassador of the organization and helps to build MCE’s brand as a sought-out employer. Negotiate and extend job offers to successful candidates.

  • Plan and conduct new employee orientations.

  • Stay informed about industry trends, market conditions and best practices in recruitment by attending educational workshops, reviewing professional publications, establishing personal networks, benchmarking state-of-the-art practices; participating in professional societies.
