**# The Hospitality Specialist position provides excellent customer service and is responsible for taking care of all client meetings, events, and hospitality tasks at a client (law firm) location along with other requests, as needed.#

Job Responsibilities
*** Provide exceptional customer service
* Set-up meeting rooms as specified
* Perform walk through on two floors to inspect and ensure that all conference rooms and kitchens are clean and stocked with supplies
* Manage catering orders and large events
* Clean pantry and kitchen as needed
* Provide support for miscellaneous requests and flex services
* Utilize various software and event planning programs to meet tasks
* Ability to respond to last minute requests
** Qualifications & Requirements
*** High School Diploma or GED
* Minimum of 1-year work experience, client service-oriented preferred
* Excellent customer service skills, including tact in handling challenging requests with a smile
* Good verbal and written communication skills
* Attention to detail and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
* Ability to lift or move 40 lbs.
* Ability to walk, bend, kneel, stand, and/or sit for an extended periods of time
* Working knowledge of Microsoft, Outlook, Word, and Excel
* Preferred

Shift: 8-430, with some flexibility to meet customer needs
* This position works 37.5/hours per week

The Compensation range for this role is 17.03 to 21.29 USD per hour and may be eligible for an annual bonus. Actual compensation within that range will be dependent upon the individual's location, skills, experience and qualifications.
