Front Desk Supervisor – Sheraton Minneapolis Downtown

Join our team as a Front Desk Supervisor where you’ll be the heartbeat of hospitality, leading the charge to make every guest feel welcomed and valued. You’ll guide your team with energy and enthusiasm, set the tone for service that’s memorable, and help create guest experiences that people rave about. pay range

$24.00/hr - $24.00/hr

Key Skills & Responsibilities
  • Guest Experience Pro:
    Greet guests with genuine warmth and keep check-ins and check-outs smooth and stress-free. Serve as the go-to for reservations, VIP requests, and ensuring every guest feels special.
  • Operations Maestro:
    Track logs, manage messages and packages, and ensure details are handled with professionalism and speed.
  • Revenue & Rate Strategist:
    Monitor rates, packages, and promotions to help boost room revenue while delivering value to guests.
  • Team Leader & Problem Solver:
    Build a strong, communicative team; train new associates; address guest concerns or workplace issues with safety and standards in mind.
Education & Experience
  • High School diploma or equivalent required; college coursework in a related field is helpful.
  • At least 2 to 3 years of progressive experience in a hotel or related field required.
  • Previous supervisory experience preferred.
  • Must have a valid driver’s license.
  • Compliance with certification requirements may include Food Handlers, Alcohol Awareness, CPR, and First Aid.
