Housekeeping Coordinator

Purpose:

Central role in the Housekeeping department fielding calls from employees and guests. Ensure all requests by guests are met and offered in a timely manner to ensure a positive guest experience. Multi-task on a variety of assignments at once which includes using multiple computer systems and screens at once while having a positive attitude.

Demonstrate knowledge of housekeeping items and services to offer to guests to make their stay more comfortable

Solve problems directed to housekeeping and inform a manager of any issues

Excellent reading, writing and oral proficiency in the English language.

The ability to multi-task on several assignments  ability to operate computer equipment and several other computer programs.

The ability to have strong communication skills between co-workers and guests
