Join the Hilton Minneapolis team as a Senior Catering Sales Manager. This role offers a unique opportunity to work at one of the only Hilton‑managed corporate properties in Minnesota, partnering closely with an exceptional Director of Catering & Events in a collaborative, high‑performing environment.

The Senior Catering Manager will be responsible for booking and servicing large, high‑profile social and corporate events, delivering memorable experiences while driving revenue and exceeding client expectations.

• Organize, plan and prioritize duties by developing plans and goals.
• Communicate timely to internal and external clients via telephone, email, written documents or in person.
• Create and maintain relationships with clients to set and meet expectations.
• Demonstrate knowledge of job systems, products, and processes.
• Resolve conflicts and negotiate with others, handling complaints and disputes.
• Sell and influence both internal and external clients.
• Make decisions and solve problems by analyzing issues and determining the best solution.
• Ensure high‑quality service by communicating and assisting others to understand guest needs, providing direction and guidance, feedback and individual coaching when needed.
• Participate in customer site inspections and assist with the sales process as necessary.
• Perform other duties as necessary based on business needs.
• Maintain regular attendance.

• Minimum 1 year of experience in Catering Sales or Group Sales.
• Strong experience within the social catering market within hotels.
• Big Box hotel industry experience.
• Knowledge of hotel property management systems (Delphi.fdc).
• Relevant degree in business development or another business field.
