The opportunity
Delaware North Sport service is searching for a Premium Suites Manager to join our team at Target Field in Minneapolis, Minnesota. As a Premium Suites Manager, you will oversee the operations of the suites department at Target Field on event days. You’ll experience the game day excitement, grow your hospitality career, and be part of team committed to creating moments that last.
PayMinimum – Anticipated Maximum Base Salary: $50,400 – $68,000 / year
In addition to base salary, we offer an annual bonus plan based on company and individual performance, or a role-based, uncapped sales incentive plan. The advertised pay range represents what we believe at the time of this job posting, that we would be willing to pay for this position. Only in special circumstances, where a candidate has education, training, or experience that far exceeds the requirements for the position, would we consider paying higher than the stated range.

- Hire and train food and beverage team members for the suites department
- Schedule, coordinate, and supervise the suite food and beverage team members and operation on event days. Provide ongoing job performance feedback to team members
- Partner with front and back‑of‑house management to ensure event day operations are effective and successful for guests and team members
- Handle guest relations and ensure quality assurance standards are maintained
- Follow and maintain safety and sanitation procedures; ensure proper repair and maintenance of food service equipment
- Prepare monthly projection reports; ensure effective systems for cash, inventory, and payroll are in place
- Minimum of 2 years of hospitality management experience required, preferably in a high‑volume setting
- Strong managerial and team‑building skills are essential
- Experience with inventory, cost control, and purchasing required
- Financial management accountability and budgeting experience required
- Ability to analyze data and make decisions independently
- Ability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays
