Purpose:

The Bartender serves guest needs by providing exceptional knowledge of wine, spirits, and mixed drinks as well as information regarding preparation methods. a working knowledge of liquors, wines, beets, ports, High school education or equivalent experience Ability to pour, mix, and blend a wide variety, of wines, spirits, and missed drinks  Ability to accurately process cash and credit card transactions Ability to work a flexible schedule including weekdays, weekends & holidays
